I need a key to the new flat and a mattress. 

I need a loan, I need some new furniture and I need patience.

I had just sorted things out at the bank. I was going to sign the deal on Tuesday. And then it turned out the owner wants all the money "in cash", as she says, by which she actually means "not borrowed from a bank". I kinda hoped the party upstairs would end earlier tonight. After all I heard them get up at 4 a.m.. Nope. I guess they don't need to sleep any more.
